Dr Drain charged me $1347 in addition to installation to bring the new water heater ""up to code"", after a few weeks the ""new"" water heater broke flooding the residence damaging the new hardwood flooring that was installed after the original tank broke. Dr Drain came back and reconfigured the plumbing to the original layout as it was before bringing it ""up to code"". I called the Building Inspector who told me the work they had done to bring it ""up to code"" was not necessary. I called Ted, the owner, to try to recoup some of my costs for the unnecessary work and the damages done but he said ""Have a nice day sir"" PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS ON OTHER WEBSITES, THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PRACTICE more

These are professional people from start to finish . From the time I called and spoke with the nice lady to the nice gentalmen who came out to help me with my crawl space leak. I would recomend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. They were very respectable to me and my family when they came to my home.. Great job!!!!!!!!! more

We had a hot water heater leak and need it replaced. We call Dr. Drain and they replaced it that same day. We had to get it inspected by the city and that took anouther day, but everything checked out OK. I would use them again. Pros: On time, clean great job more

The work we had done by Dr. Drain did not pass inspection. Everytime we called asking when they would be finishing the work we were given a different excuse as to why they didn't have the part to fix the problem to bring it up to code (there were other problems as well, that needed brought up to code). When I suggested they were giving us the run around, the owner (who was rude and belligerent to begin with), asked me if I would like him to pull the f...ing part out of his f....ing a ss! There were more f..ng things said after that, but I was so shocked I only remember the f...ing part. And yes, he used the whole word not just the f...ing part! The plumber that came to the house to do the initial work was vey polite though. Pros: There are no pros, I do not recommend these people. Cons: The owner is rude and disgusting. more

I am a teacher and got a teacher discount. On top of that the plumbers on the job stayed at my house in the pouring rain, worked over time to get the job done. I wish more companys had the same work ethic as Dr. Drain. I am already refering them to my friends, who later call me and tell me thanks. Pros: 2 Thumbs up more

We used Dr drain two times and every time was a great job.\r \r Best plumbers in the area. Nice guys. Neat and clean. Did the job just like they said they would. I would have them back any time. Pros: Dr. Drain really knows how to make me happy Cons: none found, yet more
