Dr. Daniel H. Sahlein received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He completed the NYU Langone Medical Center triple boards program from September 2011 until June 2014, completing two residencies (neurology and radiology) as well as two fellowships (diagnostic neuroradiology and interventional neuroradiology). Dr. Sahlein was an assistant professor of radiology in neurosurgery and neurology at Columbia University Medical Center for three years prior to moving to Indiana. Dr. Sahlein actively conducts and has published research on brain aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations, and is the principle investigator of the Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine endovascular stroke treatment database. In the last decade, he has published numerous articles in highly regarded biomedical journals, most recently in the Journal of Neurosurgery and in Stroke.
