She is not a people person at all! Very unfriendly and cold to me and my child.WiLl never come back again!!! Don't let your child go there!!

Wonderful experience 1/9/2014

Dr. Haffner is very upfront and communicative to us. I really appreciate her time as stressful as any office can be she always makes us feel comfortable and at ease. She was very sweet to my daughter and the staff were very professional and patient with us as well. When we needed to miss an appointment we called ahead, explained our situation and they have always worked with us. Keep up the great work! more

Very Nice for Children 11/22/2013

My son had not been to the dentist before. I knew he would be overwhelmed at my dentist. Our neighbors referred us to Dr Haffner. This office was so accomodating. My son was very apprehensive going in but then waved to me with a big smile when I walked into the room. He now talks about brushing his teeth. Thanks Dr Christy. more

She is not people or child focused. Called the day before to cancel appointment due to child having the flu and was told that there was a late fee if the child rescheduled. So instead we cancelled paid the late fee and found another dentist. more

Appreciative 7/18/2012

When I think of the dentist I get scared, but now that I have Christy Haffner's team working on my teeth there is nothing that I am afraid of. The staff there are so kind and gentle. I definitely love the fact that they seperate the teens and the children! I like the teen wing because you get to pick your own flavors of toothpaste and floride. I also appreciate how the staff do everything they can to keep people's teeth clean, because I learned that nothing is ever fun when you don't take care of your teeth. more

Appreciative 7/18/2012

When I think of the dentist I get scared, but now that I have Christy Haffner's team working on my teeth there is nothing that I am afraid of. The staff there are so kind and gentle. I definitely love the fact that they seperate the teens and the children! I like the teen wing because you get to pick your own flavors of toothpaste and floride. Great office!!! Both of my children had a great experience today. At are previous dentist the staff was not as enjoyable. My kids said they look forward to their next visit with Dr.Haffner. more

Great with accidents 5/20/2011

My son fell off his trampoline last summer. We called Dr Haffner and she reimplanted his front tooth within one hour. We have since gotten braces on his teeth and the orthodontist said that Dr Haffner did a miraculous job. She saved my child's front tooth! more

great office 5/10/2011

I had brought my child in for a second opinion because the last dentist i was at was horrible. Specifically due to insurance and not having everything explained to me. Dr. Haffner's office was great! What a difference. The staff was sharp and thorough, and great with my child. I would recommend this office to anyone. more

Fantastic Team 1/7/2011

I was looking for a place to bring my four kids. They are ages 1 to 13! This office was so accomodating that they saw all four of them at one time. The older kids were in their "teen" wing and I think they were glad I was in the other side with the little ones. They filed our insurance and found us a really nice Orthodontist in the same building. Great office. more

Started out Good, but... 8/20/2010

Positives: Nice office, easy to schedule appointment, punctual. Negatives: In my opinion, intentionally misled us regarding insurance accepted. When asked if they accepted our insurance, the answer was yes. The reality is they file to our insurance, but are out of network...guess what...we received another bill for the difference. They were VERY unwilling to compromise or accept ANY responsibility in this "misunderstanding". The dentist turned the issue to be about providing excellent care, and made us feel like we were asking for our child to not be treated appropriately. It was about principle, and establishing good relationships - something this practice was not in any way willing to do. more

Super nice but too pricey 9/27/2005

We have taken our kids to this practice twice. The kids loved going to the dentist. Dr. Haffner and her staff are really nice and friendly and made the kids feel so comfortable. The office and waiting room are adorable. There are murals and everything is really kid-friendly. The only downfall I see now is that their charges are above and beyond what the insurance will allow. We have pretty good insurance too. So we are having to pay over $100 out of pocket for our last visit when we had already met our deductable for the year and should have only paid 10% of the bill- about $30. It is really unfortunate as I'd love to go back but there is really no point in having dental insurance if they won't agree on some reasonable rates. more

Pediatric Dentist, Fun for Kids 8/18/2005

My son loves going to see Dr. Haffner. The office is designed for children with an elaborate lobby including a murals, a mini movie theatre and a clubhouse with video games. There are video games in the exam area. All of the furniture is scaled down for children. The staff is very friendly, and my son, who is 4, has never felt afraid there. He loves the goody bag he receives after a visit. more
