Could be better, how about not giving toothbrushes to people who use electric toothbrushes. Why not ask your patients what they would like in their goodie bag. After all we are paying very heavily for your service. A few extra dollars will go a long way to improve the experience. more

The hygienist, Rosie, went above & beyond in explaining, making sure I was comfortable during the procedure and calling my home at 8:30 p.m. from her cell phone to make sure I was OK. Kuddos to her and the office staff which I have been going to since they opened. more
