Confidence is over the roof and beyond 5/11/2022

Artisan!!! Dr. Stein and staff are beyond professional. The entire experience from consultation to post-op has been phenomenal. I was apprehensive to go in for surgery during COVID but found the office to be exceptionally clean and precautions taken. As an African- American woman I was also initially concerned that he would not understand my concerns (wide nostrils, sleepy upper eye and lower eye bags) but he addressed them all and made recommendations. He is about making you look natural and I do. I look well rested. I had a few procedures (nostril reduction, eye and forehead lift, and upper and lower blethroplasty). I am thrilled. I no longer obsess about my nose and eyes. My confidence is over the roof and beyond that I look natural. more

The Most Incredible Experience 3/24/2022

I had a rhinoplasty and septopasty 4 months ago. I couldn’t be happier Dr. Stein and entire staff were very professional and caring from beginning to end, I could not breathe well, my nose was deviated from being broken a few times, I love the look of my new nose and the fact that I don’t need meds to breathe anymore. If you are considering facial plastic surgery. I implore you to give a true artist, Dr. Stein a call. more

I Had an Amazing Experience! 3/18/2022

My experience with Dr. Stein and his team was absolutely amazing! Dr. Stein is so knowledgeable and a perfectionist with his work. I have always been insecure about my nose and now I feel as though I can go through life without hiding my face all the time. Great Results and Staff 3/10/2022

Great doctor and staff overall. I felt very taken care of during the entire process. Staff always gave clear instructions and told me exactly what I should expect. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel reassured during the process. I always felt like any concerns I had (i.e. what the result would look like, what I wanted, what I wanted to avoid, etc.) were immediately and accurately addressed. I'm very pleased with the results of my procedure- results are very natural looking, but much improved. Highly recommend Dr. Stein and his practice if you're looking to have a procedure done more

The nurses during the day of surgery are comforting and knowledgeable. I Am So Glad I Decided to Move Forward with Dr. Stein and Let Him Revise my Previous Rhinoplasty! 1/25/2022

I am came to Dr. Stein with an unsatisfied rhinoplasty that I had done in 2017. I told him everything that I was unhappy with, which he already knew just by looking at my nose. We discussed what could be done and what he thought would be the best course of action. He is extremely professional and takes his job and his patients very seriously, that is something I truly value in a surgeon. I am now 3 months post op and could not be happier with my results and the care I received every step of the way. My nose looks like the nose I should have been born with! I can now take pictures from the side and love the way my nose looks. Thank you Dr. Stein & team, you have made this such a enjoyable and smooth experience! more

Amazing Experience- Wouldn't Change a Thing 1/18/2022

My rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Stein couldn't have been better! It was something I had been contemplating for a long time and after getting surgery with him I am 1000% satisfied and am so happy I went through with it. He exceeded my expectations and it looked even better than the results I was expecting. My breathing wasn't affected either. There is nothing I would change about it and I feel so much more confident in myself!! more

Exceedingly Gifted Surgeon 1/12/2022

My experience with Dr. Stein has been phenomenal. I researched Dr. Stein on line after reading about him in New Beauty Magazine. The photos on his website spoke volumes to me. I knew immediately from my consultation with him that he was not only exceedingly qualified but that he was kind, friendly and passionate about doing his best for his patients. I have recommended Dr. Stein to friends and family. Dr. Stein's surgical staff and front office staff are very caring and qualified. They made my experience a pleasure and I knew I was in good hands at all times. I can't say enough about how great Dr. Stein, and his staff are in their skills and patient care. more

I Finally Have the Nose I Was Meant to Have! 12/23/2021

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Stein and his staff. From the consultation to the follow up appointments, I truly felt like everyone in the office cared and that I wasn't ""just another patient"". Everyone is so personable and my surgery day was an absolute breeze. Dr. Stein was very straight and to the point from the initial consultation and was very honest with me about what could be done for my nose. My results are beautiful, I feel 10x more confident, and I feel like I finally have the nose I was supposed to be born with. Thank you Dr. Stein! more

Love my new nose - fits me so well 12/17/2021

Dr. Stein's practice was one of the few practices I looked into to get a rhinoplasty done. My nose was large, droopy and had a large hump. I talked to Dr. Stein about what parts of my nose made me feel self-conscious and he really supported my decisions with the changes and reflected what he thought would look best. What I enjoyed most about my time here was how quick and efficient the appointments were; how well my surgery and its post-op went; the staff are incredible and his team is very supportive. I absolutely love my new nose and Dr. Stein maintained a natural aesthetic to it which I absolutely love and I'm grateful for that. more

Wonderful Experience and Outcome 12/2/2021

I'm in my mid 60s and been considering a facelift for a few years. But the stress of the pandemic really aged me this past year. I consulted with four doctors and Dr. Stein was my choice by a large margin. We sat at my consult and he answered my long list of questions. Besides his vast experience with facial surgery (3,000 facelifts and double board certified), I liked three things immediately: first, he suggested but never pushed anything other than the facelift/neck lift that I wanted; second, he uses local not general anesthesia; and third, his price was very fair and not inflated. He was also always extremely honest about what the results would be. I also opted to have fat removed from my lower eyelids. The other doctors all suggested a lower bleph but I liked Stein's approach of trying fat removal before doing any cutting. Everything went very smoothly the day of surgery and the follow-up the next morning. Although I cringed when I saw how swollen I was, the staff all assured me the first few days were the worst and they were right. I just had my 6 week check up and am ecstatic with the results. Friends all look at me and either mention how great I look or have a quizzical ""what looks different?"" I now feel as young as I look. To the few friends who know I had the surgery, I have highly recommended Dr. Stein. I would also say his office is very quick to respond to questions or issues. I used the reviews on Real Self to help find Dr. Stein and am very glad I did. I plan to update this review again in about 4 months. more

Go for it with Dr. Stein! I now smile more often with a lot more confidence 11/23/2021

Stop your research here! You have found the best option. I am from NYC where we have many thousands of plastic surgeons and I went with Dr. Stein in Raleigh! I was particularly afraid to get a facelift (even though I wanted one badly) so the search for the best doctor was long and my demands were high. My lower facelift results from Dr. Stein are excellent! More than what I had imagined. No more creepy neck, no more jowls, no complications, no unsightly scars. My family is amazed, they say I look 20 years younger. I now smile more often with a lot more confidence. I don’t look like the grandma in the office any longer! In addition, people don't know why. They think it's a new hair cut, weight loss or lots of sleep. I am a better me! I researched Raleigh because my sister lives in the area. After consultations in NY and Raleigh over several years, I choose Dr. Stein. My incessant questions to his staff on results and recovery were greeted with patience, courtesy, and reassurance. Looking back, I put his staff through a ridiculous amount questions. Dr. Stein is highly professional and focuses on the procedures you need, what to expect, and recovery. In retrospect, I should have been more open to the full face lift suggested by Dr. Stein. Now, I have scheduled the under eye, brow, and midface lift surgery (upper facelift). I still look a thousand times better after my lower facelift. I am sure Dr. Stein knew it would look good (and even better with the full facelift). I look forward to this procedure without the anxiety! I know I will come out looking natural and an even better and younger me! My sister in Raleigh is showing her friends the before and after. They will be going to Dr. Stein because of their amazement of my results. Good luck. Give them a call. You will love the staff and the results from Dr. Stein. more

Love my More Attractive Nose! 11/17/2021

It is difficult to put into words how happy I am with the results. I have wanted to have a rhinoplasty for about 45 years and finally said ok... let's do this. Ironically COVID was the ""tipping point"" for me. I realized I enjoyed wearing a mask because people could see my pretty eyes and not my nose which I have disliked all my life. I am 100%+ satisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty and repair of my deviated septum. 6 weeks later I feel great and think I look great. I experienced minimal pain/discomfort the first few days and bruising was much less than I expected. I did not need to have my nose broken which did eliminate more bruising. Dr. Stein is a fantastic surgeon. He explains the procedure thoroughly and was very clear on helping me set realistic expectations. I have thick skin which added a complication and he was very clear on what he could/could not do. I felt so confident in him and skills that the day of the surgery I did not feel a bit nervous. I still have some minor swelling but am totally pleased with it today. I can't imagine being more pleased in six weeks but he has assured me I will be. I encourage anyone who is thinking of a rhinoplasty to set up an appointment with Dr. Stein. My personal words of advice are: be realistic, do the surgery for yourself only (not to please anyone else) and do not pay attention to those that say ""your nose is just fine"" or ""but you won't look like you anymore"". I have zero regrets. more

I love my results. 8/15/2018

Several months since my facelift by Dr. Adam Stein, I am reflecting on my feelings about the procedure. As we all know there are the 4 C's for diamonds, but there are also the four C's for his practice. Dr. Stein is a highly COMPETENT surgeon. In addition he COMMUNICATES well informing a patient what he can do for you (no false promises) and does it in an extremely professional manner. Your fears and concerns are quickly relieved and he is always there to answer any questions. He and his staff are COMMITTED to helping you have the best experience possible, and all of them are very CARING. I love my results and am happy to say that Dr. Stein is the Creme de la Creme! more

I have always been unhappy with my nose and it’s masculine appearance. I have a very small face and frame and it just never seemed to fit. Since the first consultation I knew Dr. Stein was the surgeon I wanted to go to. He was very mindful and observant of every little detail that I did not like. Dr. Stein and his whole staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I loved my experience and my new nose is amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Stein to anyone looking to have any facial cosmetic procedure. more

I visited three of the top rated plastic surgeons in the Raleigh and Charlotte areas and felt that Dr. Stein impressed me the most from the online before and after pictures and ratings. Dr. Stein has truly changed my life. When I made my initial consultation I was very nervous but he put my mind at ease and after looking at before and after pictures of previous clients, my gut was saying this is the one. Dr. Stein truly cares about his patients and their concerns and he was not pushy at all. I would recommend Dr. Stein 100 times over to anyone. Having surgery on your face is a huge decision not to be taken lightly. I am so happy that I decided to put my trust in him and he exceeded my expectations. I am so happy and confident now and I know I made the right decision. Anyone will see that he takes pride in his work and to achieve the best results possible!. This was a decision I would do again without question 10/4/2017

I came in for a revision rhinoplasty (I had a nose job 18 years earlier). Dr. Stein and his staff were wonderful. Moving around millimeters has made a huge difference in my appearance but has been imperceptible to my friends and co-workers. They say I have lost weight or done something with my hair. All say I look better but they cannot tell why. I should have come in years ago. If you are on the fence, get off of it. This was a decision I would do again without question. I would give Dr. Stein and his team the highest recommendation possible. more

Dr. Stein and his staff took great care of me 9/17/2017

Words can not express how happy i am with the results, I can look in the mirror now instead of avoiding it, Dr. Stein made me look refreshed and younger. Dr. Stein answered all my questions, told me exactly what was going to be done, how recovery would be and what I could expect afterwards. I felt at anytime during this journey, I could call him or his great staff and they would take care of any concerns that I might have had.
