This is an old school BBQ counter in the back of a convientant store in the small community of Fulshear. The times I have been there I have always gotten a plate with brisket and sausage with beans and potato salad and its always been great. Brisket was sliced thin and very lean, it was good with some plain white bread. The sausage is great, they make it onsite. They also do deer processing here, thats how I heard of the place. The sides are alright, they have redish baked beans and regular mustard potato salad which I put thier suace on, which was an improvment. This is a great out of the way place thats a throwback to the BBQ counters of the old days.
