I got my physical here to get cleared to play hockey. The process was easy, i went in the nurse told me to fill out some forms, she took my height weight, she even flirted with me about my body. And then after that they took me in to see the doctor who did the rest of the evaluation, and i must say i'm glad i got a hot woman doctor. more

Physical for $20 4/16/2006

I needed a physical to play a football in highschool, and this was the place that our coach recommended us to. He had a special deal for the Centennial sports team, and so I went here to get a physical. He was very professional, and answered all of my questions regarding my medical conditions, and in terms of prices, I was very pleased. This doctor was also very friendly, which is always a plus. more
