Downtown Health Plaza of Baptist Hospital

I have been seeing Dr Schwartz at WFUBMC's Downtown Health Plaza awhile now. Things were going along ok until the most recent biopsy. The biopsy was done August 28th, I still have not heard ANYTHING on the results. I was told I would be called in a week after the biopsy was done.....I waited and waited.....well, maybe Labor Day threw things off a little,......I waited and waited some more.....NOTHING. I have called 3 times already, spoke with a nurse, and gotten some lame excuse each time as to why the doctor has not called me back yet. The nurse cannot give the results, the doctor has to. The last excuse was that week Dr Schwartz was working nights at the hospital.....ok, NOT MY PROBLEM! There are several other doctors following my case, get one of them to call me! Also, she is working nights for that week, what about all the other weeks I have been waiting????? I plan on calling AGAIN today and venting some frustrations on them. I expect the results are pretty much the same as the biopsy before this one but still this is totally unacceptable! PS: WFUBMC is Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center more

My son's pediatrician practices here, which is the only reason I go. The wait is over an hour and 1/2 sometimes. My son's Doctor is the best. My son was born three months premature and this doctor took care of him in the hospital. The Downtown Health Plaza has a lot to be desired, their customer service is poor and the waiting areas are always crowded more
