From the moment I walked into Downtown Dentist, I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of a sterile scary dentist office waiting room, I found a comfortable living room environment, with readers digest on the coffee table and it even had a fireplace! I found this most relaxing at my time of pain. \r Then I met Dr. Bill (as I now call him), he is a friendly man with a comforting voice and demeanor, who I came to find out, was more concerned about my comfort and reducing my pain, then even I was. He was so gentle; I didn't even feel that BIG needle they use to numb me before starting. Through out the procedure, he kept asking me if I felt any pain and made sure that I was not in any discomfort. Afterwards he assured me that if I needed anything that I wasn't to hesitate to call him no matter the time. I didn't have any problems, but it was nice to know that a Dentist would be there for me, if I needed him. \r I would and have recommended Downtown Dentist to any and everyone I meet! Pros: Comfortable setting, caring staff, awesome Dentist Cons: A little hard to find, but worth it more
