Amazing Salmon! 3/13/2011

I went to this restaurant for it's amazing location. It was half a block away from the ferry terminal. It was a bit fancier than the other places and I was looking for something nice to start off my vacation. I ordered the salmon on the menu and fell in love. It was the best piece of fish I've ever had! more

Do NOT bother with this place 4/10/2006

Bad Service, Bad Food. Went once with hubby & 5 yo for ""special"" dinner. It was bad. Thought I would stop by with 12 yo son for dessert after a movie (we permanetly moore our boat in FH) thinking it couldn't be to bad at 8:45pm. Hostess was rude! Looked at us like we were crazy for wanting to have dessert then threw our menus on the table and just kept walking. Sorry we bothered her so we got up and walked out. Don't waste your time or money go to Bella's or Haileys! You can look at the water during the day! Pros: close to marina, close to ferry Cons: no parking, rude hostess, bad food more

Honeymoon spot 12/26/2002

My husband and I visited Downriggers while on our honeymoon. We were very pleased with our visit as we were looking for a place to get great seafood. I had seafood fettuccine which was wonderful. The bread that was brought before dinner was very delicious. It was served with a homemade garlic tomato type dip. It was so good we came back the next day and purchased some of it. The restaurant also has a beautiful view of the harbor. The food was great and the service was wonderful. We also enjoyed our cocktails at the bar. Pros: fresh seafood, great view, large menu more
