Downey Plastic Surgery

Good: Dan is a skillful plastic surgeon. An artist, in fact. Not to mention the extraordinary efforts he and his staff go to to make the process of plastic surgery comforting and, dare I say, fun!. Bad: He is in huge demand in the Pacific Northwest, and I had to wait four weeks to get my consult with him. He did spend almost 90 minutes with me at the consult, and was very appreciative for my coming, which was unexpected and pleasant to see a professional expressing gratitude for my patronizing him. Subsequent visits once "in the practice" were easy to schedule and required no further waiting.. Other: I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dan Downey to others. He does not oversell surgery. In fact, he and I fashioned a care plan which initially consisted of a thorough education of my options, a fitness and nutrition plan, then, finally, a surgery plan. I recently had a procedure completed by Dr. Downey at the North Seattle Day Surgery Center and wanted to share some feedback considering there was not much to find prior to my surgery. I should first say that I spent some time researching cosmetic surgeons in the greater Northwest and Dr. Downey came highly recommended by his own peers in the medical field. Dr. Downey by far showed the utmost respect, professionalism and care throughout my visits prior and post surgery. The staff members that I had contact with during my stay at the North Seattle Day Surgery facility also exceeded my expectations by providing great care and comfort before, during and after surgery.
