Dow fence co refered a krook so called preacker to me to istall my fence after the storm(end of Sep) Now(end of Dec) the job is still not complete. All the wood gates that were installed are saging and won't close including the walk through. Mr. Dow and Jolivet say that the gates are to big and thats why they are saging(i'm not sure how a 3' walk through gate can be to big?). I asked if they could take out the drive through gates and put in walk through gates. and Mr. Dow said that i would have to pay for that. My question to him was. I asked for 2 drive through gates and there was no problum with that when i asked for it work(Gates are saging as there is not a good frame to hold the gate up). And now I have to pay to fix what he messed up????? Now there answer is to pay me back $200.00 to fix his mess. If Mr. Dow thinks I can fix this mess for $200.00 hes as big a krook as Jolivet.
