Dover's Crossing

When I was accepted to MSU last year, I was psyched! My parents helped me look every where for an apartment. I wanted to stay away from campus becuase of noise, but still be close. My parents aked about noise here and the employees ensured them of the zero noise tolerance. Of course my parents were reluctant, so they told us to drive through on a Friday or Saturday night. We did, and to my parents surprise it was quiet! I would recomend this place to any serious student who does not like to be kept awake until 4am!!! Pros: Quiet neighbors Cons: pool is only open until 10pm. more

Dovers Crossing is the best place I have EVER rented from. Everyone is so friendly, and it is in such a convenient location. You can really tell that they put a lot back into the community. They always have snow shoveled before you wake up and the landscaping is beautiful! They also allow dogs which is hard to find and I feel safe walking them at night because the streets are so well lit up and everyone is so nice! The staff is so helpful too and they are always smiling. I have NEVER had a maintenance problem since I have lived here and I have been here for 10 months now!! Over all AWESOME! Pros: People are always willing to help. Safe and friendly community. Close to everything. Cons: Has breed restrictions: Rotwilers, Pit Bulls and Dobermans more
