Dover Sports Center

I wanted to get into snowboarding and bought my board, bindings, boots and jacket elsewhere. I was having an extremely hard time finding a place to get snow pants that I liked and fit me well and was ready to pay $150 to buy North face snow pants because it was all I could find left. I had no idea this store was so well stocked because of its apparent small size! Yea its small but don't let it fool you thier selection was better then any place I went!! I got a pair of Burton snow pants, a turtle fur neck warmer, snow boarding gloves AND my board waxed and sharpened for $129!! Plus the staff made sure to let me know that most if not everything in the store was on sale!! I mean the pants alone were orginally $120!! To think I would have gone anywhere else!! Dover Sports just got a new long time customer!!! more

Dover Sport Shop has great service. They have a good selection of equipment for any sport. Recently when I needed an out of season item, they took the time to find it in the stockroom and the price was better than the shop worn stuff I saw elsewhere. They are good for hard to find items also. Much better than going to the mall. more

Dover Sport has been the place to go for bikes, skis, skate sharpening and more since I was a kid. It's easy to get to from 80, 15 and the Rockaway Mall. Good stuff and good prices. more

I love this place! The people there are kind and courteous. The only downside is the size, it is very small. Other than that, the place is great. It has a lot of different things for different sports. The people working there are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and about sports in general. more

This is such a cool sports store. This is definitly the first place to go when you need anything. It's a family run business and everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They have an amazing amount of sporting goods in their relativly small store but everything is easily found and well organized. They have a huge supply of snowboards and skiis as well as all the gear you'll need. I've gotten my stuff here for the last 7 years and they've always been excellent. more
