Hello Anna, here is a brief overview of my business. I have been a contractor for over twenty years. I possess both MA Construction Supervisor's License and Home Improvement Contractors license( both required by law to operate as a contractor in Massachusetts. My primary business is roofing both commercial and residential. We install flat roofs with both rubber and asphalt products. We install asphalt shingles with lifetime warranties and also are highly skilled at the repair and restoration of slate roofs. These are still very popular in New England.
As a contractor we handle other types of work such as Replacement Windows, Ceramic and VCT Tile, Chimney Repointing/Rebuilding, as well as Complete Home Remodeling.
I personally have done over fifty complete multi family rehab projects acting as the GC hiring all sub contractors and keeping the projects on time and on budget.
