At our office, Dr. Krift uses handheld instruments that allow for chiropractic adjustment with a very low force level, without the twisting, cracking, pain, and popping that you may think of when you imagine an appointment with a chiropractor. In addition to gentle chiropractic adjustments, we also offer therapeutic massage from our three licensed massage therapists on staff. If you're dealing with an injury or want to lower your muscle tension, massage therapy can be a valuable addition to your chiropractic treatment
