Overall, service was very good. This was an unexpected need and Douglas was very accommodating and responsive. My only frustration was with the equipment dealer who said that he had a needed part in stock on Wednesday. I left my car at Douglas through Friday, expecting the part to come in and be installed. On Friday I learned that the parts place really did not have the needed piece so Douglas could not install. Had I known that, I would have picked up my car Thursday afternoon rather than Friday. I ended up needing to rent a car for meetings scheduled for Thursday night and Friday....something I would not have had to do, had the parts place been honest regarding their inventory situation.
