Two words - "AMAZING" and "AUTHENTIC" 4/21/2011

When my wife and I returned from Naples we tought pizza would never be the same. That is until we found Dough. It is as authentic to Naples pizza as yo can get. The Mozzarell di buffala on the Margherita is molto delizioso. This isn't for everybody... if you'ver had Pizza Napoletana, and your definition of great pizza is "Pizza Hut" pizza then, you may want to pass. If want amazing service, authentic Naples pizza, and flavors that explode in your palate, then DOUGH is the place to go. The staff is great, the prices are a little high. But it is well worth the extra dollar. more

Awesome homemade fresh mozzarella 6/11/2009

Yum Yum Yum. I am drooling just thinking about the unbelieveably good fresh mozzarella with ricotta , tomatoes, basil and balsalmic vinegar (Burrata Caprese). It's made everyday and is so light and delicious I could eat the whole thing by myself. Get the flatbread to go with it! Mmm, warm and crusty with fresh herbs baked on top. Oh and the pizza is good too, but I'm usually full by the time that comes out! Peach Bellinis are refreshing and sweet, and just like I had in northern Italy! Pros: This authentic pizzeria makes it just like you get in Italy. Cons: Small seating area can fill up more

AMAZING 6/9/2009

This place is amazing. To find food in San Antonio that has truffle oil in it is like finding a shooting star on a cloudy night. They use fresh ingredients, make everything on site and have deserts that you can't find anywhere else. This is not for the crowd that thinks that Olive Garden loves Olive Garden. This place is very special and each bite of anything on the menu is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The owner is often around and is super nice. He owns a really fine establishment.
