Eighteen months ago I leased a 2012 Kia Optima from Doug Smith Autoplex. I recently experienced my first problem with the service department. Their website says they pride themselves in providing a truly great customer experience so I contacted a manager. He was very apologetic and went beyond my expectations to make sure I walked away a satisfied customer, which I definitely am! Thank you! more

Attendant was very greasy when he got in vehicle. Left grease marks on the door panel,seat,steering wheel. They need to cover things or have someone clean pull the cars in and out. I've known about Doug Smith Autoplex for a couple of years, but had not had the need to buy a new car. When my son's car died, we looked everywhere for a nice, reliable used car. After a couple of weeks of looking, I emailed Doug Smith Autoplex to see if they could keep an eye out for a reliable used car that was in good shape. A few days later, I received an email from Doug Smith Autoplex saying that they had a used Toyota Camry that we could come look at. The car was in great shape and the price was more than reasonable. From email receipt, to test drive, to financing, we spent a total of an hour and a half. We left the car to be detailed, (they contacted us as soon as it was ready for sale but wanted to make sure it was totally cleaned and checked out before we left the dealership with it) so we picked it up the next day. Its been three months since we purchased the car and its run great!! We took it to California and my son has taken it on a couple of trips to St. George without a problem. We are so glad that they called us and got us into this car. Thank you again Doug Smith Autoplex for everything!!! more
