Not satisfied with my purchase at all. Not sure if I got taken advantage of because of my young age or what. I would have walked if I had other options of the same car. Unfortunately, there are no others like it around at the moment for a decent price. The people who work at Doug Henry are very nice. But they messed up the paint by letting the water dry up on the car without wiping it off. So they told me that the car needed to be buffed & Waxed, but they would not do it because they spent too much money on the car already. I was told and saw on a website that they spend average $1,200 on used cars when they receive them. The records only show $490. The manager also sent me the wrong purchase order, so I sat in the dealership for hours extra dealing with the mistake they made. Such an inconvenience that I had to go back to the bank the next day, for over another hour taking care of this problem they caused. Not to mention I drove over two hours from Richmond. I thought for all my troubles they could at least buff & wax the car, as they should have done in the first place.. but they just filled the car up with gas, as I also felt should have been done in the first place. ALSO there was a service light that came on while test driving the car. They told me it was because I pressed a button.. I believed them.. Until I drove off the lot with the car, and the service light came right back on. Although, they did say they would take a look at it if I drove back to NC... I work seven days a week. So im just stuck with this problem for now. A week later after buying the car, the steering wheel is making a noise when it turns, and the shocks are starting to squeak...
