Flooded room 1/11/2010

My aunt had her wedding reception here and it was ok. The service was just alright and when we went back to our room the whole carpet near the bathroom was flooded. By this point it was late and we were exausted so we did not switch rooms however I would not go back. more

GREAT hotel! 1/4/2009

We got a suite for NYE, and the customer service was wonderful. They gave us cookies at check-in *yum*, the room was very nice and they responded quickly when we needed something from guest services.\r \r We had breakfast in the cafe the next morning and they had a great selection and the food was great . more

Nice Hotel, Great Amenities 11/2/2005

My wedding reception was held here at the Double Tree suites. It was very nice. It was a fairytale day from start to finish. The staff was amazing and super accomodating! The food was delicious and the ballroom was elegant. We had passed hors doeuvres that were to die for! The salmon, chicken and steak were each equally delicious! I still have people compliments on the affair (three years later)!!! more
