I like Double Musky, but I do think that it's overrated. The food is good, but not exceptional or terribly creative--think Stuart Anderson. The menu carries the standard meat and seafood with sort of a Cajun twist. The meal is accompanied by a small green salad, a choice of starches, and sauteed mixed vegetables. The portions are enormous--I would like to see them reduce the portion sizes and charge less for their entrees.
The other downside: the restaurant is usually crowded and noisy and they don't take reservations. There is no waiting area, so be prepared to wait in the cramped bar.
Pros: Nice location, Fun atmosphere
Cons: , Crowded, Noisy
