The next time you refuse to accept a dedit/debit card for a purchase under $5, remind yourself that the customer you just inconvenienced might spend $1000/annually at your store through frequent larger transactions. NEVER inconvenience a customer over .15 profit. Walmart is, btw, just down the road. more

Friendly Service 4/14/2008

I stopped into this pet store for the first time today and I am very excited! I was greeted when I walked in, and as I walked the store I was greeted by several other employees also asking if they could help me. I rarely see this kind of service at the big box pet store. Pros: Excellent customer service, high quality items Cons: Not as large of selection of big box retailer more
