Dot-Line Transportation

Came to work here at Dot-Line 10 months ago. It is feast or famine. They do have good miles and the money is decent. The question is, Can you get the miles? Dispatch is biased. Have to stay on the good side of Jason or you will not get miles. It is sad that you have to kiss his rear-end to get miles. He is demanding and everything must go his way or you get screwed. Got a mechanical problem? Good luck getting down time to fix it. Need help in the middle of the night? Good luck getting a hold of someone. They want you to fix the problems in the yards. Jeez, would be nice if they would check all the problems and not just the one that you are aware of. The TA's, Petro's, etc. all check things out. Not Dot-Line. Do yourself a favor and go to work some where else!!! more

WHAT DOT-LINE COMPANY DID YOU WORK FOR!! certainly doesn't sound like the company I am currently working for. You were just Lazy and could not handle working for a real company. I have truck payments etc like any other company but I still take home over a $1000 a week as solo driver.I have met plenty of drivers who have worked here for more than 5 year, even longer than that. Dot-Line is a great company to work for if your a hard worker who likes to run lots of miles and likes to make lots of $$ more

they cheat drivers out of pay. they don't give all of the fuel surcharge to the drivers.they don't do what they say they will in the lease contract.the trucks are not maintained well. they have never paid interest on the escrow acounts but sure want to take your money . theysay most of the drivers have been there 5 yrs try 5 months.if you have money to just give away then this is the company for you!!!!!
