I LOVE that this groomer gives the option to bathe my dog in their sinks- it gives me the chance to bond with my lil buddy, get him nice and clean, for about $15. Seeing as I have no convenient way to bathe him at home (I have a clawfoot tub and no shower extension) this is a great deal! I feel like my doggie feels happier knowing that I'm right next to him, instead of stressing out.
My first time here, I bathed my little guy, and Jessie, one of the owners, asked if she could clip my dog's claws, since he clearly needed it. She didn't charge me for that. She also showed a lot of love for my 9lb dog, worried that the dryer would stress him out, so she towel dried him for me.
They usually have a bunch of friendly pups roaming around, so if you drop your dog off during your lunch hour, you can experience the greatest feeling in the world of being greeted by a group of dogs who are just thrilled to see you step in the door.
My last visit was to stock up on my dog's favorite treats on my lunch hour (without my dog) and I ended up hanging out for about 20 minutes with the owners, other dog owners and the animals they take care of. SO much fun!!
My dog AND my cats will be having lots of fun here. The owners are clearly passionate about animals and treat every pet as their own. 10/10. :)
Plus, it's a neighborhood business... Everyone should support small business vs. the Petsmarts. Just my two cents.
Pros: Cookie/treat bar
