Unprofessional and lazy 6/27/2007

This company came to my house and ""cleaned"" my carpet. I asked them to get one area especially good. They said extra passes costs extra. That was fine until I saw the results. They were done in about 15 minutes. It takes me about 45 minutes to vacuum, so I know they could not have been very thorough. The carpet looked the same as when they came, and it was wet for 2 days. I suggest you find another cleaner. Pros: They showed up almost on time Cons: They showed up more

I'm considering calling the police on these people 6/27/2007

(I'm not a customer, but) I was just about ran off the road by one of their drivers. It wasn't an accident either. I'm not sure what the guy's problem was and after he noticed me taking a picture of the vehicle, he decided to pull along side me and give me the evil eye for a little while. I'm hoping they learn that if they want to drive like d1cks, they shouldn't do it in the company car. Pros: I'm sure they get there on time with the way they drive Cons: They probably k1lled someone getting there on time more
