Watch out for Dorn's in Mechanicsville. They took 8 days to do a 3 day repair job (that's business days, not including weekends!) with no explanation. I would stay away. I work in the insurance business and if there is a delay there better be a reason for it. They could not explain other than to confirm they had promised it to me on the day I returned from vacation. The actual work was good, but the delay was unacceptable. more
