I have been going to Donna for the past 35 years and believe me there is no better. Maybe the people that are so upset found that she is legit, she does not or will not cheat on your taxes to get you more, it's either legal or not at all !!!! There is nothing wrong with the coffee or the office appearance, so if you don't like it stay away, I'm sure they won't miss people like you.\r By the way, I can only speak for Donna because I have never been to any of the others but I am sure they are very capable. They failed to get both signatures on our state forms, costing us 1/2 our refund. Oopsies!\r \r Very difficult to contact and communicate with after Tax Day. \r And often surly management.\r \r Though the preparers are qualified the general impression is only One step above Turbo-Tax.\r \r If you need a simple 1040 e-filed - these are your people. \r But if you need a detail oriented service look elsewhere. \r \r The office reeks of stale coffee and failure. \r Doral is a disappointment on so may fronts. more

Can you give less than one star? 2/23/2011

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I found out my preparer does not listen well and failed to complete my 2009 returns correctly so now I need to file an amendment. She also refused to prepare this years taxes based on her judgment which she based on misinformation because she is a poor listener. Left me to find another service in the middle of tax season. DO NOT go to this place!!!!! more
