I visited this shop yesterday, and received brusque service. The lady helping me only brought 3 bras, and when one of them "fit", she left me and said she'd be at the front desk to ring me up. She offered no additional assistance. When I got home and tried the bra on again, I decided that it really didn't fit any better than the bra I came in with (I'm a funny shape and it's really difficult--so far impossible--to find bras that fit right). Also, I could get the exact same bra for $20 less in another store, and in the right size (the one they sold me was a 30FF with a back extender, instead of the 32F that I actually wear).
This in itself wouldn't be so bad, but then there is the store policy. When I returned today, less than 24 hours after my purchase to return it (and I live 45 minutes away), I was told that they do not accept returns. Though they don't at any time tell you this, and it's not written in their posted policy, they do not accept ANY returns, at all, for any reason, only store credit or exchange. Their store policy is written in such a way that it makes it seem like you have 7 days to return an item; my sister and I both read the policy while at the store and had that impression. When I expressed to the manager that I had not been told that there could be no returns, he replied that they don't tell people that!
I eventually agreed to take store credit, and am having my sister buy it from me (it's a lot easier for her to find bras that fit correctly). But I myself will never set foot in the store again, and would recommend to steer clear of it.
