No pillaging or plunder 4/21/2016

I am so happy with the service I received from this company. My garage door opener stopped working and I needed help. I called this company and within two hours Ernie was at my front door. He fixed the problem. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He actually looked out for me fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me something that I really didn't need. A special thank you to him. I highly recommend this company. more

the promised date of delivery came and went without notification of predicted delay. 1/17/2016

We went with your company because of the availability of the estimator, the perceived knowledge and acceptable delivery date. When we called to find out what time the door was to be delivered, we discovered that the door had not even been ordered! We should have gone with another company because we had a three week delay and inconvenience of parking on the street. No, we will not recommend your company to anyone. more

They came out and installed a garage door and opener within 3 hours. Very friendly installer and answered all questions with no rush. Did not have the correct window covers in stock when installed door, but said they would come back in a few days and put them in, and they did. Lowest price of all 4 bids. Only company to come out and measure for the bid. All paperless transactions. The most pleasant, problem-free, experience with a contractor I have ever had. more

Garage door opener replaced 7/25/2015

Technician Ethan recently replaced the automatic garage door opener on our garage. Ethan was extremely professional and knowledgable in his work. He informed us of the price, as well as details of the new opener as opposed to the old one and gave us step by step instructions on what he was doing. Happy Customer 7/10/2014

Arrived on time, professional, knew what he was doing and synced my remote in five minutes! Then he lubricated the door, tightened all the bolts, cleaned out the rack the wheels travel in and changed the light bulb. After three hours of me fiddling with my remote it was a relief to have someone who knew exactly what to do! Thanks! more

My garage door is fixed! 6/27/2014

I had Jeremiah come out to repair my garage door springs, they were reasonably priced and they actually beat a written estimate I had from another company. They came out right at the beginning of my two hour window just like I had requested. The technician was very friendly and explained everything right up front. I was very happy with this service and will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. If you need a reasonable and honest company go with these guys! more

Great Company A++ 6/17/2014

On 6/5/2014 I had technician Garrett come out to my residence. He was very polite and friendly when I answered the door and when he examined the problem with my garage door, he knew exactly what the problem was and kept me informed throughout the repair explaining to me what he was doing and how these different parts work. He was very kind to my kids who are 5 and 9 years old who were very intrigued by what was going on. The repair was done fast and the workmanship looked very professional. I will definitely be calling these guys again if I ever have any more garage door needs! 5 stars in my book! more

Rough start but I was very satisfied in the end 5/26/2014

I had some questions concerning the installation by Steve Pfitzner and we had a problem getting him to return. However today Jeremiah came back, answered all my questions, adjusted the spring so it was properly balanced and satisfied all my concerns about the repair. I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. more
