Door To Door Cleaners truly deliver in more ways than one. They do a superb job dry cleaning my slacks and dress shirts. Living in L.A. it's been surprisingly hard to find a good cleaners. But the staff here are always courteous and professional.They got rid of some tough stains that I had on my pants. The shirts always come back smelling good without the starch on the collars. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for-and I'm very pleased with their work. It's also very convenient that they offer pickup and delivery. more

Why is the owner writting their own review? She used her own email address in her own self attempt to bolster her business in her review below. What does this say for the owner if she has write her own review. If they were concentraiting on making sure they provide the best customer service, then they would not need to exaderate the star rating by writting their own review. If you truly provide great customer service then you would not need to write your own review, as raving fans would flock to sights like this to spreed the good word. Shame on you Sajid! Door to door cleaners was instantly appealing to me, the organic cleaning had me sold. The dry cleaners takes you by surprise with their chic stores and exceptional customer service, my clothes were delivered to me promptly, pressed very well and had no dry cleaning smell what so ever, and all this for competitive prices; from a dry cleaners you expect quality, good prices and quick turn around, this place has it all. Paying with cash was my second mistake at Door to Door. The first was going there. After seeing their coupons in a local mailout, I decided to drop of my clothes to be cleaned. When I brought them home I noticed that they had never even been touched. They didn't even bother to press out the wrinkles. I paid $15 to have someone hold my clothes for two days and then place them in a plastic bag. I paid $15 for what cost them 3 cents in plastic. And when I requested a refund, I was scolded by the owners. I believe the exact phrase used was, ""would you ask your doctor for a refund?"" If my doctor promised to clean my clothing for $15 and he returned them in the exact same condition, then yes, I would ask my doctor for a refund. Needless to say, I never received a refund. Shame on you Door to Door, there are many other cleaners in the south bay who will clean your clothes - and guarantee a refund should they fail to do so.
