I had a sliding glass door and a front door installed with TDWS. They arrived on time, finished the install in a timely manner, and most of all very clean and professional. great windows and great service 4/27/2009

Recently purchased new windows for the living and dining room. Wow what a difference. My family and I are extremely pleased. I checked with several vendors but eventually decided on TDWS (The Door & Window Specialist). Their pricing was reasonable and more importantly their service is what convinced us to go with this vendor. I appreciated their clear explanations of the types of windows available. Their prompt and efficient service surprised us as we saw our house transformed in a a very short time. I would highly recommend using their service. Small selection and pricing games 1/24/2007

Didnt like the small selection of windows and didnt at all like the sales games. The salesman kept asking me if he dropped the price would I buy today. Pass. Cons: price, sales games more

Expensive 10/19/2006

Tried to drop the price. Started at $30k and came down to $18k. Sorry I dont need the pricing games. Pros: Thumbs Down Cons: Price changed minute by minute more
