I loved shopping at this store until today. today I only bought one item for $1.00 however I would spend $15-$30 1 or 2 times a week buying pet toys, kittie litter, pet treats, pet can food ect. They have free sample packets of dog and cat food sometimes i would grab 5 or 10 and noone working there seemed to care (one time a lady working there helped me decide which food was the best and gave me 4 and knew I had already put about 5 in the cart so I put them in my purse another time a worker asked how many pet do i have as much as I am in here(THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH ME HAVING DIFFERENT SAMPLE PACKETS) Today I noticed a few workers standing behind me (looking in my cart and my purse that was wide open with some sample packets) one would be at the end of an aisle I was in and one at the end watching me shop. The last aisle I was in one of them was standing at a register with their arms crossed and watched me the whole time i was shopping down the last aisle. When I paid for my item a lady who had balloons in her hand said to me ""you are only allowed one packet you need to put them back including the ones in your purse"" (which was wide open) the lady who cashed me out kept saying ""OMG"" as I was walking out the one said ""if I can't afford to feed my dogs I shouldn't have them"" yes I can afford my dogs I was spending $60-$80 a month in that store. IF THEY FELT I WAS SHOP LIFTING WHY WASN'T THE POLICE CALLED! There are other pet stores with reasonable prices (and ebay ) where I can get my pet supplies. DIDN'T HAVE PROBLEMS FOR TO MANY SAMPLE PACKETS BEFORE TODAY WILL NOT RETURN :( as much as I was in there they are not that busy sometimes just myself or maybe 1 or 2 other people in the store at a time.
