Response from the owner to the negative review by Mr. Jonathan Long on 5/11/2012 Mr. Long TV set was repaired by mistake. After promptly acknowledging over mistake we offer to take new parts out and install his original old parts back in. Mr. Long decline this offer and proposed to pay for repair at discounted price to witch we gladly agree. Mr. Long paid for repair and took his repaired set home. more

unauthorized repair/ extortion 5/11/2012

An inexpensive diagnosis, indicated a large repair when I went to pick up the broken set, he refused saying he accidently repaired my set by mistake, after clear instruction. He charged me several hundred dollars for his mistake, I wouldnt recommend this service to clean dog kennels.\r \r more
