I called long distance 3 times to place an order and 3 times I was told, ""The shipping manager is not here and has gone home"". I called during normal business hours.... that is, normal business hours anywhere else in the United States. Last time I was in this store, they did not know the difference between link sausage and patty sausage. Poor customer service. more

I discovered the joys of Cajun food about 7 years ago when I started to date my soon to be wife who is Cajun. Over the years when we visit family we go out of our way to get some boudin to satisfy my needs...this last week we went to Don's. By all that is glorious and good on this green earth this is the best boudin ever.\r When you take a bite you can still see the chopped green onion and herbs inside - not too big but big enough you can see how fresh it is. And the taste is amazing. Simply fantastic. \r Crackins are excellent too, but you need to make sure to eat them hot. Looking forward to our next visit so I can bring my largest ice coolers and pack it full! \r The best. Pros: best cajun treats all in one place Cons: 500 miles from my house! more
