About three weeks ago, my father had heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Driving from Philadelphia, and after picking up my sister from Hopkin's Airport, my car (that I had just paid off) broke down three blocks from the Cleveland Clinic's Guesthouse where my family and I were going to be staying. The next day, with the help of Firestone (review of them later), they notified me that it would take more than $2000 to fix the car and hence not worth it. I searched for cars online and found a 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS, manual transmission, etc at Don's Brooklyn Auto. I loved the look and the literature of the car, but not having the best credit, I had little faith in getting it. As what had happened in the past, I thought I was going to have to settle for something less than I wanted. Regardless, I filled out an online credit application form and was called the following day by Tom. I returned the call, but spoke to Paul who told me to come in and take a look. I arrived and Raj went out of his way to put me at ease. I told him about my situation. Raj, Neil, and Paul went above and beyond what I ever expected anyone to go through. They pulled strings, and despite living in another state, they got me that Cobalt; lower payments than my previous car and helped me more than I ever expected. Raj, Neil, and Paul are the three that helped me get what I wanted/needed as fast as possible, and from someone who lives out of state, I can only imagine what they would go through to help someone in the Cleveland area. Ask for Raj and tell them Troy sent you. DISCLAIMER: I do not work for Don's Brooklyn Auto and you can email me at elgringo34_5 @ yahoo for me to prove it. I'd recommend Don's Brooklyn to anyone.
