When he gives you a quote of the repair cost, you can depend on it being no higher 99.9% of time.\r He will call you if he finds any thing wrong with your car and he always completes the work at the time he tells you. This place is a gem. I have been through so many mechanics in the past 15 years that basically I just figured it was part of their job to lie, mark up prices, and generally attempt to squeeze as much money out of the customer as possible.\r \r \r That has all changed now that I found Don.\r \r \r \r For the last year and a half I have been taking my car there and I actually look forward to it. The mechanics are professional, everyone there treats you with respect. Don is always up front about what is wrong, the price, and what can be done and what needs to be done NOW. I will never go anywhere else ever. Servicing my car has become now a regular habit now that it isn't a huge bill every time you take it in for an oil change. I highly reccommend this place - if you are going to the dealer for any work, STOP! Save your hard earned money and get it done by mechanics that actually know what they are doing and that actually care about your car and your patronage - take it to Dons. The Don's people were great about not just using the most expensive parts and doing unnecessary work. On top of that when they quoted me my price before the work, and the part ended up being much more than the estimate, they never raised the price on me.
