Tough Problems Resolved 10/28/2011

These guys know how to track down the heart of a problem and resolve it. Our Excursion was having a wide array of electrical issues, and their experienced staff were able to weed through multiple layers of problems to restore our vehicle to a proper working order. I am grateful for their help and will gladly turn to them for all our vehicle care needs. Thanks so much guys!! more

Maintenance Performed and Deferred 10/25/2011

Donovans installed two new tires, changed the oil, and installed a wiper blade as scheduled. More importantly, when they checked the air filter, as requested, they said it did not need to be changed, and didn't charge for it. It's such a pleasure to do business with people who are so competent and honest. more

Repair to 2003 Ford Escape 10/24/2011

Engine was missing, called Donovan's, took car in the next morning. They quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad coil and plug. Car runs like a champ. Great service, great people. more

Tire Issue 10/20/2011

The Donovans did a great job trouble shooting the problem that I was experiencing with my tires. The end result are new tires that have made all the difference in the way it drives and rides! It feels like a brand new car! Thank you! more

Donovan's is the BEST 10/14/2011

I heard a scraping sound from my front end immediately prior to having to take several family members on an interstate funeral trip. We were given a quick assessment (brakes & rotors) and repair. We have been regular Donovan's customers for many years - they are honest, excellent mechanics, reasonable and really care. Why would I take my car anywhere else? more

I have been a customer of Donovan's for a few years and can say that they are by far the one of the most trustworthy repair facilities around. They have always been honest with the repairs needed on my cars and have yet to steer me wrong. The Donovan team has the highest integrity of any shop around and I never hesitate to refer them to my friends, family and customers.
