Fast arrival, excellent work 10/14/2015

Had a plumbing problem. No appt was made. Called and they arrived within the hour. Assessed the problem. Gave me the options. Work was completed in a timely manner. John Justis did excellent work and will have him back to do more work soon more

I've used Donnelly's for a variety of service but this was specifically to fix the pilot light on the water heater. The technician (Tom G) arrived on time and had recognized/remembered the other times he was at my home. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and made the necessary fix. He explained what he did and the water heater has been working well ever since. I received a follow up call from Donnelly's later in the day to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Donnelly's is always very prompt and efficient whenever I've needed them to come out. I would recommend them (and have) to any and all home owners. more
