I have never had Donnelly install a heater, but they do my semi-annual maintenance on my heat pump and they do a fine job. They are always polite, they come when they say they will come, and my heater hasn't given me any problems. When the time comes for me to get a new heater, I will certainly call them for a price. more

My wife and I bought an old house. It needed a new ac and heating system. We hired Donnelly. The salesman fed us a good line and we believed him. The electronic dust eliminator doesn't work as well as they said. The ac, since its right outside our bedroom is suppose to be quiet, it sounds like a 747 takin off, they have replace three thermostats at an additional cost. The service tech was polite, $11,000.00 should buy more than polite. I will also add, I know Carrier gives contractors free trips and things to sell their equipment, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM CARRIER< IT SUX and STAY AWAY FROM DONNELLY. more

\r My husband and I recently had our heat pump replaced for our home. We chose Donnelly's because our home warranty had recommended them. My husband called to set the appointment up and from the get go they were ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!! To add to this....the job they did on our heat pump was HORRENDOUS!!!! I could have done a better job myself!!! We ended up needing them to come back out to fix what they did. Once again it was a fight to get them out to our house. We placed a complaint with our home warranty company with the hope that others will not have to deal with this company!! \r \r They are unprofessional, rude and their behavior on the phone to my husband and myself was DEPLORABLE!!!! This company should be thankful they are still in business! \r \r I hope that people reading this....do some research, and look around. This company is a joke!\r \r more
