Best Hainan Chicken 9/14/2006

This is the only place I go to for Hainan Chicken. Some people may not know but there are variations when it comes to Hainan Chicken. The sauce for the chicken is either a ginger scallion oil or sweet and vinegary ginger chili sauce. This place serves the vinegary one. Their rice is very flavorful. The chicken is moist and has good texture. They have other dishes that are delicious too like the filet cubes with tomato rice and the prawns in a red tasty sauce. The price is good also.
