Donette Failed at Ferndale Graduation 7/10/2008

The photo 'service" at Ferndale High School/Windward/Lummi's 2008 Graduation service missed (or lost) pictures of scores of students. There was only one (sloppy) group shot of some Windward students; in talking to other people, it appears to me that the omitted students included scores of images that weren't taken at all while a number of shots of some individual students appeared to have 3-5 or more each. I asked Donette for explanation and/or apology on two occasions, which they have ignored, hence this review. I find it very hard to believe that a studio contracted to take graduation pictures could have provided such awful service and ignored the consequences. What a mess! more

Quality 1/15/2007

Wow--I definitely disagree with the poorly written review "immature" given on Dec. 26, 2006. Donette has photographed my family for years, and we have experienced great service and a great product every time. They photographed my wedding and did a fabulous job. My husband and I travel an hour and half every year to get our Christmas cards through Donette. It's worth the drive, and we are never disappointed. In my opinion, the negative review given is quite unbelievable. We have never encountered anything but professionalism and the very best photography. more

immature 12/26/2006

I got my pictures done here they are rude pricks. All they care about is how much money they make. they are the most immature photographers i have ever worked with. my kids cried the whole time we were there. they used innapropriate words and the guy who owns the building lives upstairs it is very strange. they are overpriced. i would say you get better pictures at walmart than there. all there award winning images are copies of other images that have won in the passed. from what i would say do not go here find another photography place like walmart. more
