I asked for a trim and was very vocal that i wanted to keep my length, I left with 4-6 inches off my hair.. i have ridiculously thick wavy hair so I need the weight to keep my hair from looking poofy, now it looks ugly just in time for new years....super depressing. Will take me at least a year to grow out. more

I don't think a simple thank you is sufficient for the numerous compliments I have received regarding the "work" Donaylle provided to me !!! Donaylle is a miracle worker !! For years I have "yearned" for long flowing locks but was unsuccessfull, attempting to grow out my baby fine hair. During my first experience with Donaylle, she said I was a perfect candidate for extensions. Really ? I said, as several stylist told me in the past extensions would never work in my hair. My was too fine, the extension will not last etc... After I questioned Donaylle several times with disbelief, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the extensions and have never looked back !! People are amazed how naturally the look and can not tell where my hair ends and the extensions start !! I was the best money I have ever spent !!! more

I spent 2 months in Grand Haven vacationing this summer. My first salon/spa experience was at Red's--see review---my second was at this salon that I stumbled upon when shopping. My stylist was nice and the salon was stylish but small. The vibe there was odd though and I felt uncomfortable while I was there. Perhaps it was how small it was and that you can hear all the conversations when you are in the tiny "waiting area"---better than a hallway though!!. The mirror at the stylist station is too small too. Redken products are ok, but a little pedestrian. Pros: Nice and clean Cons: Small, not the usual vibe I get from a happening salon more
