When our founding partner Dick Donahey created The Donahey Law Firm, few law firms specialized exclusively in the rights and claims for injured individuals. Many firms focused on corporate law, but few were willing to take the chance that The Donahey Law Firm did: to work for their clients on a contingency-only basis, in order to represent injured individuals who were often unable to pay large, up-front legal fees.
