I rented a house from Don Wright Realty a few years ago; on top of being a condescending, pretentious spoilt kid who doesn't seem to realize that he is just petty room renter (and they are not even his rooms, they are his father's rooms), Scott Wright is the of the most deceitful, remorseless, socially dangerous people I have met in my entire life. more

All I've seen so far are horrible reviews of this company, and I don't doubt they're unfounded, but I've been renting a house with Don Wright since January 2007 and I haven't had any major problems yet. more

I also had the displeasure of renting from Don Wright Realty. You've heard of ""buyer beware""? This is a case of ""Renter Beware"". If you also have the misfortune of renting from this company, MAKE SURE you take complete pictures of the entire property inside and out. My security deposit was kept because, 1) The carpet was left dirty and stained (I submitted receipts of carpet cleaning and only then did they recant) 2 ) The seam in the carpet was coming apart. This carpet was at least 10 years old and the seam was coming apart when I moved in, yet this was not considered normal wear and tear. 3) The carpet was ""damaged"" from my pets along the entry way wall, even though I only had 1 cat and she had no claws and had no way to do any carpet damage. 4) I was charged for trash removal even though I had Waste Management contracted to haul it away, they (Don Wright) chose to come in before the end of the month and before waste management could come on their regular day,when my rent was paid up to the end of the month. Be especially wary of SCOTT WRIGHT. He is as slippery and as honest as most politicians!! Clearly his office staff get their direction from him as they can smile at you one minute and turn into raving lunatics the next if it looks as though they won't get their way.Wendy Lindberg is one of them as well as Karol. Beware of them all!!!!! more

All they want is your money after that they don't give a crap abpout you at all. Scott wright is two face con man and they play head games. My copmany will not do business with them anymore and we have told many others to stay a way if you know whats good for you. Do not rent from. They got sued for over 35 million dollars. Be careful about this realtor especially Scott Wright. He is very nice at first until you commit. After that he becomes impolite and will try to get more from you. Ironically, his office manager has the same attitude. Negotiation is not in their dictionary and have a very bad attitude to their loyal clients. I had a very bad experience with them and I really regret my decision to go with them. Beware and avoid this realtor or else you will regret it!
