Everything was delicious from the appetizers (coconut shrimp, conch fritters, empanadas and tostones rellenos) to the Paella Valenciana. Chef and server were professional and friendly. Would definitely order from Don Paella again for another event. more

I highly recommend Don Paella...Don Paella catered my daughter's 15th birthday this past weekend. The paellas were delicious and looked beautiful. The service was also wonderful! more

I am not sure if delicious is even adequate to describe the food prepared and served by Don Paella Catering!! It was to die for!!! They catered a large party for our school and thrilled the crowd from the aroma, to the presentation of the dishes but mostly when the paella made it to our forks! Excellent service and quality of food that was a memorable event!! Thank you!! more

I've had the pleasure of using Don Paella on two very special family parties and their food and service has been EXCELLENT! First we had the Paella Marinera and then we had the Paella Campecina both w/equisite flavors and YES you gotta have those tostones! Thank you! more

They cooked up a Valenciana paella with seafood instead of chicken at my wedding on south beach in January 2011 at the Betsy Hotel Roof Deck. The food, the guys, the whole experience was awesome. I ordered for 70 persons and they made enough for over 100 persons at a fabulous price. You can also bring your own seafood to add which we did, I give them the highest possible recommendation....and don't forget the tostones, they are awesome! more

My fiance's family is Cuban and they wanted a whole pig roasted. We got it from Don Paella and it was amazing. They cooked it at our backyard with big charcoal oven ( took like 6 hrs ). They even made the rice 'n beans and yucca. Everything was delicious specially the "Lechon" as they call it. They are also doing my sisters engagement party and I will sure call them back soon :) Thanks guys more

WOW! Delicious Paella 2/16/2009

I used Don Paella for my 50th B-day. The food was delicious, we had the Paella with chicken and seafood, and conch fritters, yummy! everyone loved it all. They also provided the rental of all the party equipment, they tables looked amazing. The service staff was very helpfull, even stayed longer than they had to. Thanks, I will call you again soon :) Pros: great prices more

I used Don Paella for my son's graduation. They cooked a Paella at our backyard and served it. All of our guests loved it I will recommend them to anyone. Oh! and the Maduros and Tostones were delicious... more
