I ordered the drunken lobster fajitas last night, which proudly proclaim the lobster is lightly dusted in flour before frying. I'd hate to see what they consider battered after receiving a plate with about six globs of thick batter with tiny pieces of lobster hiding inside. The batter made up most of the taste and texture of these fajitas, when a dusting should be a slight flour accent to tasty marinated lobster bites. The rest of the platter consisted of mediocre rice and mostly large onion chunks. There were a few limp green and red pepper bits, but the meal was disappointing. Don Pablo's can be an okay place for chain restaurant Mexican food, but I cannot recommend the drunken lobster fajitas unless changes are made to it. The marketing staff needs to either properly describe this meal or properly prepare it.
Pros: Good chicken chili, Reasonably priced
Cons: , Inconsistent quality
