Absolutely worst experience with a business. All started out well, we reached out they had folks come out and measure and template the windows. We were given a time frame as to when the windows would be in (roughly) and told that someone would call to schedule installation. After waiting the rough timeframe plus a few extra days, we had to call to see if the glass was received. Upon calling we learned the glass broke in route to them. Ok, they are having it redone and will call when it is ready. After waiting another week or see with no feedback, we call again to be told we have it ready we'll have someone call to schedule installation. After nothing for 2 days we call back yet again, to have the installation scheduled. We are finally excited to have the installation scheduled and they come out and neither of the windows fit. The window where the template was taken clearly did not utilize said template as it didn't even follow the curvature of the window. The second window had to be shaved down but at least was installed that day. What followed was more of us calling them more templates, more incorrect windows , more calling etc. After the 3rd attempt we finally received a window that fit and was installed successfully. Thus begin the actual follow ups from this company.....for payment. Extremely disappointed and appalled that the only time they could actual give us a call was to say we owe them money instead of being proactive throughout the entire process. No apologies for the delays and inconvenience, just your bal is XXX. Needless to say, we did pay our balance with the clear understanding that we will NEVER utilize this business again and will ensure none of our friends or family will either. more

Needed a shower door sweep for my shower door. Unknowing that I could buy one at Lowe's I purchases one from this glass company for $15.00. Later I found I could have made the purchase at Lowe's for $2.75. Unreal. Their cost was probably less than $1.50. I would never do business with them again and advise anyone else against it. more

I have used this company for years but the last 2 weeks I had a glass tabletop ordered . It hat was Monday so I was told Friday I tried to call but the guy said I will call you when ready . The following week on a Wed I called & was told there was a chip so he sent it back He hang up on me before I can finish our conversation. I called him back to tell him he was rude He claimed he had 2 phones ringing That certainly is not the way to treat customers He could have called to tell me there was a chip in my glass No communication at all I am very disappointed & will never order glass from this company again Irma Traya more

Just DON'T do it....bad attitude...rude...unorganized... this type of company is what gives small contractors a bad name more

Very shady business. The owners dont care if they get your business or not. Most unprofessional glass shop out there. Would not give them a credit card number if you knew what I know about how your info is handled. Stear clear of this company. more

Had new shower installed. Everything was great until they showed up with the wrong glass type.... then manager called me to ask if i would take the glass i didnt order in exchange for 85$. I looked at the glass and countered with 150$ after i told him i preferred the glass that i ordered and paid for.... after an hour of going back and forth I agreed due to the fact that my shower had already been dismantled. Then the magnetic strip for the door came loose. He ordered a new part and brought it out today and told me it was all fixed and the replacement part is worse than the one he replaced ...... he told me there was nothing wrong with it... its functional... but for 1,100 bucks for a standard shower glass install i feel cheated. And he nicked the metal door handle and said he didnt do it and would drop a replacement off on my porch next week for me to install. Avoid unless its an emergency glass need.. called for a quote and "the man" was not in the office...no offer of a call back until I ASKED for one...4 hours later still no call back... POOR front office service...prices that office person "thought" might be right are $75 higher PER window than company in League City more

This local business is centrally located. They have a small front office with decorated with mirrors that are for sale, some of which are very impressive. The back is a warehouse full of glass, mirrors, Plexiglas, and the like. When my boyfriend accidentally hit my sliding glass door with a pellet from his air gun and it shattered, I was horrified. I live in an apartment and I had to replace the glass as soon as possible, preferably before management noticed. I called around town and found the best price here. The owner is friendly. When I explained what I needed and gave him the measurements for the glass, he cut it to size within minutes. He offered instructions on how to replace it, as well as gave me complimentary glass seals. His workers loaded the glass in my vehicle, taking care to place it so it would not break on my ride home. I would definitely return here if and when I need glass again. They can cut to any size to fit any need. more
