Reasonable prices, great tailoring, friendly people 5/7/2011

I was recommended to Don Juan Tailoring by a friend and decided to give them a try. Their location is modest but they do have a good set up. I had my sport jacket altered and my pant hemmed to more of a modern, slim fit. They did a good job. I got to meet their wonderful children in the process. (Definitely a close-knit family!) I will bring back my other clothes to have altered soon. more

absolulty horrible! All around joke! 4/27/2011

I took two pairs of designer jeans to this guy. $400 worth of jeans I might add. One needed to be hemmed and one needed to be taken in at the waist. The hemmed jeans were hemmed with a 1 inch seam at the bottom and the sewing line was completely crooked. Both legs! The jeans that were taken in ended up being 1 inch too small! Even though he took measurements. After telling him how upset I was that he destroyed my new jeans, he said he would fix them. I knew I should have taken them straight to Nordstroms at that point, but didn't. I let him fix them (actulaly making them worse) long story short, he was a complete amatur and should not be charging money for services. He needs to quit or get more education. The two four star reviews were obviously written by him based on the poor English. It sounds exactly the way he does in person. The only true review is mine and the other one star review. Kids were running around and his breath smelled horrible. Trust me when I say, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! That is the honest TRUTH..... more

A real Master Tailor in town 11/22/2010

I definitely recommend to everyone to this business. I been shopping around for the best tailor in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York and here in Spokane all those alterations or tailors shop they don't have a good craftsmanship or even have the experience, I went to Don Juan Tailor I took five suits and I told him that I need them all my suit by a week, he told me that I will have it by Friday before a week accomplish, when I return to pick them up I check them good and try on and I was so surprise of his work and he told me that i would look really good and make me to feel good with my suits. Honestly I did felt comfortable and please of their professional business and they have a wonderful kids who really respect a customer even they tell their dad someone is in their shop and I love to see those special customer service I recommend this business to EVERYONE! more

Excellent Tailor & Tuxedo Rental in town 7/3/2009

This Tailor shop has the best Tailor in town and tuxedos are unique. When I went to Don Juans to fix my suit and i told them that I need it the same day. They told me that I will have it. I went two hours later and my suit it was done waiting for me. I try on and fits wonderful. I saw the best tuxedos and their lovely kids are adorable. Their kids treat each customer with their smile and they told me and others to wait that their dad and mom will come to help us. Its amazing to see a hard working family to own a business. I defenetly recommend this business to everyone and suppor local family own business like I did. I rent their tuxedos and they told me that they will tailor fit it at NO EXTRA CHARGE ! and they did its amazing that Don Juan treat the customer right and help them to look us good. . Worst tailor shop in town 2/21/2009

I have never been to such a unprofesional tailor shop since i moved to spokane. I go in there and he is screaming at a customer, he has a whole bunch of kids running around like it is a daycare...and he stinks extremely bad.. more
