I was in need of a car came by. Scott greeted me and e chatted for a minute before I had to go to leave for work. He told me to call him on his day off and he would come in. The next day I called and bought a car I had been wanting for months. Thank you for a no hassle experience, and a great test drive! more

I had such a great experience at Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano the first time I bought from them that I Came stright back when it was timeto buy again. On February 27, 2014. I came in not expecting to receive or buy, a car. I was expecting just information. However, They did everything they can and was able to get me a decent priced car, Which I was not expecting with my financial situation. I enjoyed Don Herring and Scott Fickert service and will come, or refer, someone else more

Irving Mitsubishi Dealer 11/10/2007

Although I didn't buy my car at Don Herring Irving Mitsubishi, their courteous service department still provides good customer service for small maintenance issues, like oil changes and other stuff for my Mitsu. But I haven't taken my car to them for major repairs, so I can't say anything about that. more
